On May 12, the groundbreaking ceremony for Iberg Electrical Appliances (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd. was solemnly held at the Fushan Industrial Park in Doumen, Zhuhai. Yang Fubang, a member of the Standing Committee of the Doumen District Party Committee, Deputy District Mayor, and Executive Deputy Director of the Fushan Industrial Park Management Committee, attended the ceremony. Representatives from various relevant functional departments of Doumen District and responsible officials from the Fushan Industrial Park were also present, joining Chairman Yang Jian, the company’s management team, and key employees to witness the start of a new chapter in the company’s development.
Iberg’s Zhuhai production base covers a total area of over 10,000 square meters. Currently, the first and second floors have completed comprehensive interior fit-out and production line planning and layout, with a well-organized and standardized production arrangement. In line with its own manufacturing needs, the factory has built a dedicated intelligent automated warehouse for wires, enabling automatic storage of wire harness and wire raw materials, intelligent sorting, and on-demand automated retrieval. This effectively streamlines material handling, reduces manual handling costs, enhances material management efficiency, and lays a solid supporting foundation for stable mass production of wire harnesses.
As a physical enterprise that has been deeply rooted in the wire harness industry for many years, Iberg’s decision to establish itself in Doumen, Zhuhai, marks an important step in the company’s strategic layout for South China. The company has dispatched core management teams—covering production, R&D, and quality—from its Changzhou headquarters to be stationed permanently in Zhuhai, introducing mature production management practices and a stringent quality control system to ensure the standardized construction and stable operation of the Zhuhai plant.
The base will first focus on providing comprehensive production support for Jiuhao Technology, deeply integrating into the broader development of Doumen’s local industrial chain. At the same time, the company, confident in its position within the fertile growth environment of the Greater Bay Area, will expand horizontally to cultivate high‑quality customers across sectors such as electric vehicles, home appliances, energy storage, and intelligent equipment, continuously broadening the scope of market collaboration and steadily scaling up its operations.
Looking ahead, Iberg will continue to optimize production management, enhance product quality, and steadily expand its production capacity. Leveraging Zhuhai’s unique geographical location and its advantages in opening up to the outside world, the company will gradually develop its Zhuhai base into an international export hub serving the Southeast Asian and European markets.
