The spring breeze brings warmth, and all things are renewed. On March 17, District Chief Xue of Wujin District and his delegation visited Changzhou Iberg Electric Co., Ltd. to conduct on-site research, gaining an in-depth understanding of the company’s operations and development by going straight to the production floor, listening to the company’s concerns, and conveying the care and support of the District Party Committee and the District Government. Mr. Yang Jian, Chairman of the company, extended a warm welcome, and Mr. Yin Haifeng, Secretary of the Qianhuang Town Party Committee, accompanied the delegation during the visit.

The research team first visited Iberg’s production workshop to conduct on-site inspections of the company’s intelligent production lines. As a national-level high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D and manufacturing of wire harness systems and metal products, we showcased our core products and their manufacturing processes, which are applied in the fields of new-energy vehicles, household appliances, multimedia, and special-purpose vehicles, to District Chief Xue and his delegation. At the production site, Chairman Yang Jian briefed District Chief Xue on the company’s achievements in intelligent transformation over recent years, and District Chief Xue highly commended the company’s continuous efforts to upgrade its operations with smart technologies and constantly improve production efficiency.

At the subsequent symposium, Chairman Yang Jian gave a detailed report on the company’s development history and current business situation. Founded in 2014, Iberg has been rooted in Wujin for more than a decade, consistently upholding the mission of “intelligent manufacturing for industry, connecting the future,” and focusing on R&D and innovation in the wire harness systems field. The company has accumulated profound technical expertise in multiple niche segments, including multimedia, two-wheeled electric vehicles, home appliances, and new-energy machinery, and has grown into a partner of many well-known enterprises both domestically and internationally.

Technological innovation is the core driving force behind Iberg’s development. The company has continuously achieved technological breakthroughs in areas such as wire harness and insulation performance testing, and has been awarded numerous honors, including “Jiangsu Province Specialized, Refined, Distinctive and Innovative SME” and “Jiangsu Province Intelligent Manufacturing Workshop,” as well as being listed on the Gazelle Enterprise List.

District Chief Xue fully affirmed the company’s development approach of sticking to innovation-driven growth and delving deep into niche markets. He stated that the District Committee and the District Government have always stood with enterprises and provided full support for companies like Iberg, which demonstrate outstanding innovation capabilities and strong growth potential, to grow bigger and stronger.

Chairman Yang Jian expressed his heartfelt gratitude for the care and support from the District Committee and District Government. He stated that Iberg will take root in Wujin, focus on its core business, continuously increase R&D investment, accelerate the construction of the Qianhuang headquarters’ smart factory, and strive to contribute more to the development of Wujin’s modern industrial system.

This visit and research by District Chief Xue and his delegation not only deepened communication and mutual trust between the government and the enterprise, but also injected strong momentum into Iberg’s future development. We will take this as an opportunity to continue to focus on the wire harness system field and create a smarter, more reliable “vascular network” of connections for modern life!
